Correction: Tyson Fury’s brother wrongly accused of anti-Semitic abuse

It was reported on October 11 that Tyson Fury’s brother Shane had been filmed shouting anti-Semitic abuse at Deontay Wilder’s manager at the weigh-in for Saturday’s fight.

This was incorrect.

Shane Fury was accused of calling Shelly Finkel a ‘Jewish piece of s**t’ when, in fact, he had been misheard and used the word ‘chinless’ not Jewish. We are happy to make this clear and apologise to Shane Tyson for the error.
