Smith, 34, is putting his four-bedroom, three-bathroom Bronte property under the hammer on November 11 with a price guide of $7million.

The sport superstar splashed out on a major renovation after buying the pad for $3.5million in 2019 reports The Sydney Morning Herald.

Aside from his accomplishments as a record-breaking first-class cricket champ, Smith and his wife Dani Willis are known for their interest in real interest.

Last year the couple sold off an amazing pad in the prestigious Sydney suburb of Vaucluse.

The pair scored a whopping $12.38million for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom after Smiths splashed out on a massive renovation.

The sale came after the couple bought it for $6.5million in 2020.
