Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin keep it low-key as the longtime couple step out separately in NYC

Dakota Johnson and her longtime boyfriend, musician Chris Martin, looked relaxed as they stepped out separately in New York City on Friday.

For her solo outing, the 32-year-old actress kept comfy in a long sleeve navy blue crop top sweater that showed just a sliver of her toned midriff.

Her dark blue leggings hugged her long legs tightly, and she walked in a pair of sporty white sneakers.

She pulled a white cap low over her eyes, and protected them from the harsh sun with a pair of thick sunglasses. 

She slung a huge beige purse over her right shoulder as she walked out of a building in the concrete jungle. 

Her 45-year-old beau donned a gray V-neck t-shirt with very short sleeves that barely covered his broad shoulders.

The Coldplay frontman covered his head in a cozy white beanie, and he protected his eyes with a pair of aviator sunglasses. 

Martin and Johnson started dating back in 2017. He got the seal of approval from both of her parents, actors Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, the following year.

Martin’s ex-wife and the mother of his children Gwyneth Paltrow also gave her thumbs up to her ex’s new lady in 2020. 

‘I love her,’ the Iron Man actress said. ‘I can see how it would seem weird because it’s sort of unconventional. But I think, in this case, just having passed through it iteratively, I just adore her.’

Martin shares 18-year-old Apple and 16-year-old Moses with the Goop founder.  

Johnson and Martin decided to take a leap of faith and moved into a Malibu mansion together in January 2021.
