Danniella underwent a facelift, as well as a breast augmentation in a bid to recapture her youth last year.
And while it is unclear what procedure she underwent this time round, it seemed as though Danniella was keen on continuing her quest for perfection.

Given the biting January chill, Danniella bravely forewent a chunky jacket in favour of an oversized jumper with red and dark green lining.
She teamed it with a pair of skinny blue jeans while a pair of thigh high grey suede boots added some height to her frame.
Proving difficult to put some make-up on her face, which sported the heavy bandaging, she opted for a fuss free glamour look and tied her brunette tresses into a casual bun.
Danniella cut a casual figure as she emerged from the hospital while toting her belongings in a small handbag.
As well as for vanity reasons, the former soap star has also undergone various procedures in the past for medical reasons – one of which if the condition osteoporosis, which occurred after she got faulty dental implants.
Speaking to The Sun at the time, she revealed: ‘All of my problems over the past few years have been caused by those mouth implants.
‘Because the screws the doctors put in my mouth last time left a gap around the bone, blood seeped in and it caused septicaemia and osteoporosis.
‘The damage caused by my cheekbone disintegrating meant that half of my face was pushing down on to my sinuses, so I’ve had a lot of trouble breathing,’ she confessed before admitting that she now wears dentures as the last of her teeth were removed while she was on EastEnders.
Earlier this year, Danniella opened up on Twitter about how she had ‘felt so ill’ and ‘struggled’ following surgical makeover last year.
She told her followers: ‘Been so ill with surgery etc the last year the only thing I’ve found to boost my immune system is this @BumbleZest check them out if you want to be good inside. And out xx’.
Adding to her troubles, Danniella has been trying to prevent the release of explicit pictures and graphic texts that had been leaked online earlier this month as part of a revenge porn attack.
In a bid to minimise the damage, Danniella quickly informed her Twitter followers that her lawyers were involved and confidently quipped she hopes her ‘body looks amazing’ in the images.
Last year was a particularly traumatic one for the former soap star, who called off her engagement to Spanish fiancé Alan Thomason in October, following a turbulent few months.
The pair were rocked by the devastating news that she had miscarried their child in September.
She said at the time: ‘When I went to the doctor they said the [amniotic] sac wasn’t sticking right, my womb wasn’t strong enough. lost a lot of blood, it’s been really painful.’
