The DJ who was caught groping Taylor Swift in a red carpet photo says the singer ruined his life by suing him for sexual assault.
David Mueller was ordered to pay the pop star a token $1 in damages and had his $3 million defamation suit dismissed after a five-day trial last August.
Swift, 28, complained the 56-year-old grabbed her ‘bare a** cheek’ under her dress on the red carpet of a tour event in 2013.

He appeared to be caught on camera groping her and was fired form his job at Denver’s KYGO-FM after an investigation.
Almost a year after he was found guilty, Mueller insisted he was innocent and the lawsuit and resulting media exposure ruined his life.
‘How can you live with yourself? You ruined my life. I was not ready for the photograph,’ he told Radar Online.
‘I admit it was awkward but I never grabbed her. It’s not even close to what happened.’
Mueller, who is now a morning host at KIX 92.7 in Greenwood, Mississippi, said the trial psychologically affected him and people still hassle him about it.
‘Now I’m afraid to even talk to women. I feel like I’m in a prison. I’m not myself anymore. I don’t even go near women,’ he said.

‘It make me upset. I was always the gentleman. I would always say “hey, watch your language, there’s a lady here” and then I get accused of this.’
Mueller’s new radio station, where he presents under the pseudonym of Confederate general Stonewall Jackson, had a bomb threat on his first week.
However, despite the professional and personal damage caused by the lawsuit, he said he didn’t regret suing Swift for defamation after he was fired.
‘I know that if I didn’t do it I would have never been able to live with myself. At least now that my life is totally screwed up I’m proud of myself,’ he said.
