Donald Trump Jr and his girlfriend Kimberley Guilfoyle have shown real estate runs in the family after turning a handsome $3.6 million profit from the sale of their Hamptons mansion.
The couple have sold the palatial Bridgehampton home for $8.14 million, less than two years after purchasing it for $4.495M.
They are joining other members of the Trump family, including Don Jr’s former president father Donald and his sister Ivanka, in Florida.
The sale of the Hamptons home was not publicly listed, according to the New York Post, so it would sell quickly.
It’s not known who has bought the property.
The 9,200-square-foot, seven-bedroom mansion, set on 3.9 acres, boasts a heated gunite pool and spa, a waterfall, and is within walking distance of both the local beach, restaurants and high-end shops in the village.

Meanwhile Don Jr and Kimberley have reportedly been house hunting in Jupiter, 80 miles from Miami where Ivanka has set up home with her husband and their three children.
Don’s father, former president Donald Trump, has taken up residence at Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House.
The home that Don Jr and Kimberley owned in the Hamptons was their first house together as a couple.
The expansive property gave the couple plenty of room for the members of their large blended family during last year’s lockdown.

While staying at the Bridgehampton mansion, Trump would occasionally spend time at the nearby Maidstone Gun Club near East Hampton.
The couple also enjoyed sailing at Montauk, where they were spotted in August last year taking part in a large flotilla for President Trump’s election fundraising.
Their former home was large enough to to fit the couple and each of Don Jr’s five children and Kimberly’s son, with its master suite for mom and dad and six en suite bedrooms.
The master suite has ‘features high ceilings, fireplace, sitting area, private deck and spacious master bathroom with separate large shower, bathtub and a double vanity.’
‘An amazing floor plan with a grand entrance, large living room with fireplace, formal dining room, and oversized eat-in kitchen leading out to the screened patio,’ boasts the listing for the property, which is being handled by Corcoran.

The agents who brokered the deal, James Giugliano and Shawn Egan of Nestseekers, have been approached for comment.
In January, Ivanka Trump, 39, and Jared Kushner, 40, purchased a $31million plot of land in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The land, Plot 4, is located in Indian Creek, aka ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ an exclusive and wealthy village in Florida.
Guilfoyle purchased her own Bridgehampton home back in 2012 for just under $1 million, but sold that property back in 2015 for $1.8 million.
