Elton John, 75, dons bright red jacket as he jets into Sydney with his sons Zachary and Elijah

Sir Elton John made a show-stopping arrival into Sydney airport on board his private jet with sons Zachary and Elijah on Sunday. 

The 75-year-old British singer wore a bright red jacket and blue shorts as he got off the plane.

He concealed his eyes behind his trademark tinted sunglasses as he exited the jet and walked over to an awaiting car.

Meanwhile, Elton’s sons Zachary, 12, and Elijah, 9, held backpacks as they walked over to the vehicle.

The singer and his boys are believed to have celebrated New Year’s Eve in Queensland before travelling to Sydney.

Elton is in Australia for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, and is set to perform in Melbourne on January 13th and 14th.

He will then perform in Sydney on the 18th and 19th before heading to Brisbane for his final show on January 21.

This is believed to be the first time Elton has returned to Australia since throwing a strop and hurling an expensive Gucci bag out of the door after landing at Sydney Airport in 2019.

The British singer had a diva moment as he threw his $4,000 handbag out of the plane before stomping over to an Audi Q7 parked on the runway.

A member of Elton’s entourage caught the luxury bag and loaded it into the back of the vehicle before the group drove away, just days after he told security guards at his Perth concert to ‘f**k off’ while a woman was ejected from the gig.

Footage from the concert showed Elton shouting from the stage: ‘Hey, you two security guards with the girl… f**k off! Let her up here immediately… come on, you c**ts!’ he added.

While thousands of fans gasped at Elton’s obscene language, many others could be heard cheering and clapping in the video.
