Emma Stone reveals her favorite Spice Girl while debating with her Poor Things co-star Mark Ruffalo on LADbible’s Agree to Disagree

Emma Stone revealed her favorite Spice Girl during an episode of LADbible’s Agree to Disagree.

While settling their disagreements, or lack thereof, with her Poor Things co-star Mark Ruffalo on Thursday’s episode, the 35-year-old actress said her favorite is Baby Spice aka Emma Bunton.

‘My favorite growing up was always Baby Spice,’ she admitted to Ruffalo. ‘But to choose one of all five is not even fair.’

The dynamic duo had been asked by a producer to agree on whether or not Ginger Spice is the ‘superior’ one out of all of the Spice Girls.

The La La Land star — who received a standing ovation after winning a Golden Globe Award for her portrayal of Bella Baxter in science fantasy black comedy film — and Ruffalo both initially answered that they ‘strongly disagreed’ before changing their answers in the end.

After saying that she ‘strongly disagreed’ at first, she decided to change her answer to just a ‘disagree’ option and explained her reasoning to Ruffalo, who ended up following suit with her convincing argument.

‘Because Ginger Spice is incredible,’ Stone said before adding that choosing a ‘superior Spice Girl is insane’.

Then, a producer asked the pair if they secretly have a favorite Spice Girl.

As Stone begins to give a fair answer, Ruffalo interrupts her to respond that his favorite is none other than Posh Spice.

‘Really? Bend it like Beckham,’ Stone said, surprised at his answer.

‘Says a lot about you,’ Ruffalo conceded.

‘I believe in all things,’ Stone continued. ‘You can have a favorite, a personal favorite, without saying they’re superior.’

Then, the pair are asked that ‘as best friends’, who they believe the other person’s Spice Girls persona would be.

Playing off his Marvel superhero character, Stone answers that Ruffalo would be ‘Hulk Spice’.

He said that she would be Sporty Spice, to which she expressed her dismay and asked: ‘Sporty Spice? Are you insane?’

‘No, you’re Posh Spice,’ Ruffalo answered, which Stone said was ‘so rude’.

In the end, they agreed that they are both ‘multifaceted’ and are a combination of the five Spice Girls before joking that they would be called All Spice.

During the episode, the pair were also asked about their favorite Shrek movies, their feelings about Naked Attraction and their love for Brussels sprouts.

They also revealed how they shared the belief that eating McDonald’s while abroad is a must do and is something they often ate while filming Poor Things in Hungary.
