FBoy Island winners Molly O’Halloran and Nick Brown thrill fans by ‘eloping’ – but not all is as it seems

Molly O’Halloran and Nick Brown stunned their fans when they appeared to get married over the weekend.

In videos shared to Instagram, the couple, who met on the Abbie Chatfield hosted reality show FBoy Island last year, donned bride and groom apparel.

They shared a sweet kiss, celebrated with champagne and added a caption with the date, leading fans to think they had eloped.

The smitten pair were forced to clarify that they were not in fact man and wife in a follow up video.

While Nick joked that they had been wed and were heading to Paris for a honeymoon, Molly laughed and explained it was not the case.

‘After trialling long distance, we have worked out that it sucks! So Nick and I have decided to move in together,’ the caption read.

The couple met earlier this year on FBoy Island, a reality dating show that pits self-proclaimed ‘F**k Boys’ against genuine ‘nice guys’.

If a woman picks a ‘nice guy’ on the show, the couple walk away with $50,000 to share, and the potential for a long-lasting romance.

FBoy Island Australia’s finale aired in June and Molly and Nick had to keep their relationship under wraps until the episode was live.
