Gemma Collins shared a gruesome photo of her fiancé Rami Hawash’s swollen eye after he returned home following his recent surgery, on Friday.
The reality television star, 41, took to her Instagram story to praise the NHS for looking after her beau, after the businessman, 48, suffered a ‘serious’ accident at work.
Rami, who has been seen sporting an eye patch whilst awaiting the procedure, could be seen with a very painful looking heavily bruised and bleeding eye.

Alongside the close up, Gemma penned: ‘It’s been one hell of a week, good to have Rami home today. Its been a very upsetting time for us.
‘Scary, worrying, no sleep, please god he will be ok [sic]. thank you Queens Hospital @NHSEngland.’
Sharing another photo, Rami looked to be in good spirits as he recovered at home and spent some time in the garden with the couples friend Harry Derbidge.

Gemma reunited with her love last week, after she returned home from her one-woman tour.
She took to Instagram at the time to share a loved-up snap with Rami as he was seen for the first time without his eye patch.
The owner of a car mechanical repairs company has been forced to wear the eye patch to protect the injury while he waits for surgery.

However, on Easter Sunday Rami was seen without it in a video posted to Gemma’s Instagram story.
His eye remained closed throughout the short clip as he beamed at the camera, while his swollen eye was on show.
Rami sat enjoying his breakfast as Gemma showed off her festive decorations as the couple got ready to host an Easter party.

When the accident first happened Rami could be seen with a medical patch over his eye and deep gash on the bridge of his nose.
Earlier this month, she took to Instagram to share a picture of Rami with an eye patch dressing and told how he had had a ‘serious accident’ at work.
Gemma, was currently on tour, rushed back to London from Glasgow to look after him but her car broke down in the middle of the night on her way home.

Sharing a snap with Rami she penned: ‘Glasgow to London No SLEEP, a break down in the car but I made it back to you ❤️ our first week apart since dating …. I missed you ❤️.
‘Also guys just before I left for my tour rami had a very serious accident on his eye and nose at work he needs an operation it’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour !!!
‘Also my mum drove into a ceramic plant pot display at the local garden center !!! If you don’t laugh you would certainly cry !!! He he we must always remain positive poor rami as soon as his operation is done I will be able to relax properly then!’
