The former Bachelorette posed for a snap before taking an ice bath at the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, at Hepburn Springs in Victoria this week.

The brunette beauty was all smiles as she posed with her bath robe off her shoulders before dipping herself into the cold pool.
‘That look when you’re about to step into a pool of ice,’ she captioned.
She went on to add that she was one of the first people to try the new immersive experience with a self-guided meditation.
‘I won’t lie, I wasn’t keen! But it was amazing to see how powerful the mind it and I felt SO good afterwards!,’ Georgia said.
She also shared a clip of a spa employee filling the luxe-looking plunge pool with ice.

‘I’ve got these earphones that are about to guide me through a meditation then I get in an ice bath.’
Sharing more footage, the outspoken Bachelorette offered more narration to the clip as she watched the tub fill up with ice.
‘Yes it looks terrible,’ she said.
‘Who knew I would run so much I would need an ice bath,’ she continued.

Returning to her stream-of-consciousness narration, Georgia appeared refreshed after having just ‘got out’ of the icy cold water.
‘I did it for two whole minutes,’ she said proudly, before letting fans know she’ll let them know how she feels tomorrow.
Georgia ended the video by giving fans a tour around her twinshare room which featured a large spa bath.
