Getaway’s Catriona Rowntree has shared rarely-seen photos of her husband James Pettit, whom she married back in 2008.
In a gallery shared by Nine Honey on Monday, a number of her special moments alongside James were celebrated.
In them, Catriona and James were seen relaxing in the boot of their car this month, at their farm in regional Victoria.
James looked relaxed as his TV star wife nestled close to him after a hard day on the tractor during harvest season.
‘Oh Lordy ladies, how did I end up here!’ she captioned the post, taken at sunset.

‘All is well, feeding the troops, harvest in full swing. ‘Ave a good weekend!’ she added, sharing an insight into her life.
The couple share two young sons together, Andrew and Charles, aged 14 and 12, who the couple keep off social media.
However, a beaming Catriona made an exception when she shared another photo alongside James and their sons for her 52nd birthday in July.
‘Hugs from them and a hello from loved ones is all I need, but I was thoroughly spoiled,’ she captioned the photo.

Despite her son calling her ‘antique’ she opted to go flying a small aeroplane for her birthday, showing her adventurous side.
‘Pleased to report I spent my birthday literally on Cloud 9. You’re never too old for new adventures, here’s to many more,’ she added.
Finally, she shared a loving anniversary post for herself and James, which included a throwback from their wedding.
‘Happy Anniversary Babycakes!’ Catriona captioned the photo.

She showed her comedic side, adding a side-by-side of herself with a ram, joking how her husband refuses to get haircuts.
‘Considering my man has not had a haircut in years and I say ”he’s turning into a ram!” I thought I’d just save time and offer a realistic view of us.

Despite her glittering career in media, Catriona usually shields her private life from the spotlight, with her rarely giving interviews.

Her husband doesn’t have a social media account.
However, speaking to Daily Mail Australia in 2020, she mentioned she encourages her sons to get outside and play.
She made mention of the importance of switching off from the news cycle.
‘I try not to let my children watch the news as it freaks them out, they need us to talk to them, soothe and protect them… step away from the phone!’ Catriona said.
The seasoned reporter is best known as a presenter on the Channel Nine travel show Getaway, a role she started in 1996.
