Harry Styles fan left sobbing after seeing awful fish tattoo inspired by the superstar

A Harry Styles fan burst into tears after seeing a tattoo she got on her back dedicated to the global popstar.

Angela, from the US, requested a fish swimming in a kettle inspired by a scene from the ‘Adore You’ music video.

But after seeing her new art for the first time, the young woman was left sobbing in her car over the ‘ugliest’ tattoo she’s ever seen.

‘I’m so ashamed to admit that it was ever on my body in the first place,’ she said, recounting the situation in a TikTok video.

‘I lost it the minute I got it. But I’m such a people pleaser, this was also partially my fault. I looked at it and said, “Oh my god, it’s perfect. Thank you so much”.

‘I was in the car, absolutely sobbing.’

In the two-minute clip, Angela shared an image of the end result and was left with a front-facing fish with pouting lips swimming in a kitchen kettle.

‘This is what I had to live with on my body for the last year,’ she said.

Angela reassured other fans her reaction to the design had nothing to do with Harry, but with the tattoo itself.

Before being inked, she emailed the tattoo artist the design she wanted and claims to have provided an image of the fish from the side, not the front.

‘So I messaged an artist and sent her the pics… and basically explained I wanted a fish in a coffee pot and she was like, “Yeah no problems, see you in two weeks”,’ Angela explained.

‘I showed up and immediately red flag number one is that the sketch is not in the black and grey shading like I’d asked. It was blue and red and half done, it wasn’t finished.

‘Second red flag is that it was not at all what I asked for. And when I very nicely asked her to make a change to better reflect my reference photo she started arguing with me.’

Angela claimed the artist pulled out her iPad and showed photo of a different fish entirely.

And even after the tattoo artist made the change as requested, Angela claims she didn’t see the new design.

‘She puts the stencil on and starts tattooing, which again, she’s like, “Are you ready?” I was like, “I guess”,’ Angela said.

‘And then she started shading without ever showing me what the shading looked like. I’m pretty sure there was added details, I don’t know.’

In a follow-up video Angela confirmed she had the awful tattoo covered up with a rose.

And she admitted the dilemma was ‘100 per cent’ her fault.

‘I at any point could’ve said, “Actually that is not what I was looking for” and not gotten it,’ she said.

‘Just know that if you’re getting a tattoo and you don’t absolutely love it, you can and should say that. And don’t get anything on your body just because you’re too nervous to say that you don’t like the design.’

The first clip has since been viewed a staggering 10million times, receiving 1.6million likes and leaving thousands in disbelief.

‘There’s no way!’ one wrote, another joked: ‘If anyone finds my jaw on the ground please let me know.’

‘Why did she make the fish front facing?’ a third asked.

‘I’m actually f****** WHEEZING and I feel so bad about it but it’s just making me laugh harder,’ another wrote.
