He has been described as one of the sexiest men in the world.

And on Tuesday, Thor actor Chris Hemsworth shared the secrets behind his perfectly sculpted physique.

The 35-year-old actor told Men’s Health that he only trains for 20 minutes per day, six days a week to maintain his muscular frame.

‘I can do a 20-minute workout now for six days a week. I can find [time for] that anywhere,’ he explained.

Chris added that he focuses more on functional training and less on workouts that require heavy equipment.

‘I do feel that if you work off a Tabata system or a HIIT style, it makes for such better improvements,’ he said.

The father-of-three, who is married to Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, further claimed that staying on the move helps him keep motivated. 

‘There’s something about people waiting around to get motivated and move, but the movement, I find, dictates the motivation. If I know that and trust that theory, the motivation follows,’ he said.

He later took to stage with the film’s producer Drew Goddard to present the movie, and reportedly spoke in Spanish, his wife’s native language.

Chris and Elsa, who married in 2010, share three children: daughter India Rose, six, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, four.
