Steps to report and remove a Google review

Google allows customers to delete a review left on a business page with just one click.

In this case, you have two options:

  • Sign in to Google Business via Gmail,
  • Enter the name of your establishment directly into Google.

Is it possible to delete all the notices?

When you request the removal of a review, Google may refuse to remove it. Reviews that do not fall into the category of inappropriate reviews or fake reviews cannot be removed.

It is also not possible to block a Google review from appearing in search results. You cannot disable Google reviews on your Google My Business account. When you create an account for your business, reviews are automatically displayed on the listing.

If the review is not removed by Google, you can still respond to the customer in a cordial and polite tone as you would with an honest negative review. In this case, you can publicly explain why the review is inappropriate.

This does not change the review, but it does instill a sense of trust in readers.
