Australian radio presenter Jackie O has shocked listeners with a little-known trick that shows customers how many one-star reviews they have on Uber.
First, Jackie tapped on her user icon and headed to settings. She then scrolled down to privacy and Privacy Centre and located the section that allows users to view a summary of how they use Uber.
‘Then you go to ‘view my ratings’ and there you have it,’ she said.
The one-star reviews are hidden within the app’s Privacy Centre that collects data of customer ratings and calculates the average that’s visible below user icons.
