Hugh Jackman fans go wild with bizarre speculation about his hair

Hugh Jackman sparked speculation about his hair on Wednesday when he shared some behind-the-scenes images of himself getting camera ready.

The Deadpool & Wolverine star, 55, took to Instagram with a reel of photos which showed off his iconic spiky hairstyle from the Marvel movie.

But fans were stunned to discover he wore a wig in the film, leading to speculation about what the Hollywood hunk’s real hair actually looks like.

The first image saw him sitting in the makeup chair as his hairstylist combed and blew back his brunette tresses.

Sitting by the mirror in front of him was a mannequin head with the Wolverine wig resting atop it.

The second image then saw him looking dashing in a light blue button-down surrounded by crew and cameras as the hairstylist adjusted his locks.

‘IT WAS A WIG?’ one user wrote in the comments, while another added simply: ‘WIG?’

A third commented: ‘I wonder if the chest hair was fake too?’

‘Have you worn wigs?’ another wondered, and one fan said: ‘OMG! Not the wig!’

It comes just days after Hugh shared a shameless thirst trap to his Instagram last Wednesday.

The Aussie hunk stripped his shirt off for the mirror selfie in which he showcased his shredded physique.

Hugh wore only a pair of Under Armor tracksuit pants for the pulse-racing post, with the caption: ‘I am grateful.’

And fans agreed with the sentiment, with many replying ‘me too’ in the comments section.

‘Hugh we are also f***ing grateful,’ gushed one fan.

‘Send it to me personally next time,’ read another flirty reply.
