Video footage shows the moment hundreds of chickens fly into the air after a farmer blows a whistle. 

The video was recorded on August 14 in China’s Guizhou province. 

The farmer was trying to call the chickens over so that he could feed them. 

In the footage, hundreds of chickens can be seen flying upon hearing a whistle

The footage appears to be filmed in a mountainous area of China’s Guizhou province. 

The farmer can be heard blowing a whistle. 

As soon as the whistle is blown, the chickens can be seen flying in the air towards a section of road.

Within minutes, he is swarmed by hundreds of chickens eager for food

They can then be seen walking along the road. 

He is then surrounded by the animals. 

The animals are thought to have been trained to hear the whistle and know that it is feeding time.
