And on Christmas Eve on Tuesday, Roxy Jacenko revealed a glimpse at her VERY lavish celebrations.
The 39-year-old took to Instagram to share snaps and videos of her stunning, three-tier Christmas cake that she’d had custom made for Christmas Day.

The cake was designed and made by Mastello Creations and featured a Santa Claus and reindeer characters at the North Pole.
The decadent dessert also boasted several elves, penguins and a Christmas drum, and was topped with a green Christmas tree.
Roxy wrote that she was ‘blown away’ with the cake.

‘I am blown away by this piece – THE ultimate cake for tomorrow’s Christmas lunch,’ Roxy captioned the snap.
Jennie from Mastello Creations told Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday that the cake took 30 hours to make, stood just under a metre tall and featured LED lights for the Christmas tree topper.
‘All I knew was it had to be WOW, original and completely different,’ she said.

She added: ‘I was pretty excited to deliver this one.’
Meanwhile, Roxy revealed on Christmas Eve that she had decorated her Sydney mansion with stunning floral displays, including fern and ivy with red and silver flowers on her stair balustrades.
She also had a red, white and silver balloon arch erected at her home.

While the exact size of their trees are unknown, a standard 180cm Christmas tree and decoration supply package costs $2,500 while installation starts from $1000, Dancer and Dasher’s website states.

The entrepreneur also enlisted the help of luxury lighting installation company, Mr + Mrs Hill Lighting, to turn her spacious courtyard into a winter wonderland.
The space includes a reindeer display, custom-made hedge curtain lights and a huge feature tree wrapped with hundreds of bulbs.
