The abode was sold in March 2017 for $4,250,000 and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sun-drenched open plan living spaces, realestate.com.au reported. 

The luxurious property has been designed in the ‘Palm Springs’ style and features 270 degree views of the ocean and coastline, a pool and basketball court. 

Last month Chris’ brother Liam Hemsworth and his fiancee Miley Cyrus joined the family on the 10 acre property.

When in Sydney the couple stay in a waterfront Mosman mansion which they rent for $5000 per week.

Paying a staggering $3.067 million for the five bedroom home, Dave finally rented the property out earlier this month after initially struggling to find a renter. 

Buyer’s advocate Frank Valentic  told realestate.com.au the property was likely being rented out for between $2500 to $3000.
