Coronation Street’s Sam Aston is preparing to become a dad for the third time.
The actor, 30, who plays Chesney Brown on the ITV soap and wife Briony already shares a son, Sonny, three, and a daughter Daisy, 18 months.
The couple have previously been open about having two tragic miscarriages within four months of one another.
Sam and his wife shared that they were expecting twins but sadly lost one due to Vanishing Twin Syndrome.
In a new interview, they shared their joy over the pregnancy and stated that it was ‘very bittersweet’.
Briony told the publication: ‘It does explain why I was so sick and tired this time around compared to my other pregnancies.’
