Jack Grealish is back to football training, and what better way to prove it by showing his sweat-drenched upper half beside a Dubai training pitch.
The party boy has recently looked worse for wear due to his nocturnal exploits in Ibiza, but he’s got a more serious excuse this time: training in 35-degree heat.
Through Las Vegas, the South of France, Ibiza, and now the United Arab Emirates, the Manchester City star has once again made it clear that he knows how to unwind in epic fashion.
However, any hint of living it up faded in his recent video, as he showed he’d been training into the night with Nike master trainer Jamie Reynolds, who has also worked with the likes of Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford, and City team-mate Phil Foden.
In the video, an exhausted Grealish shows his waterlogged face and chest before flipping to a shot of Reynolds attempting to hit the crossbar. He captioned it ‘Training in this heat’ with a blue and yellow sweating emoji.

It marks a change from last week and previous days, when he was merrymaking in Ibiza.
On Friday, he enjoyed Ocean Beach with Wayne Linekar, being led out of an Ibiza nightclub by friends.
He has become the poster boy for the City squad’s protracted party summer and was seen caressing an air hostess with his shirt unbuttoned in Ibiza.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Jack loves to have a lads’ holiday in the summer, and this one more than ever after winning the Treble. He has worked his whole life for this.’
Grealish previously spent 48 hours in Ibiza immediately after winning the Champions League final.
