Janet Jackson fans have accused the superstar of lip syncing all of her biggest hits at a live show.
The singer and actress, 53, was widely panned for her performance at the RNB Fridays Live 2019 tour at HBF Park in Perth on Friday.
Jackson’s performance was marred by audio problems, with some fans storming out before the end of the first song.
The performance also lacked energy and the crowd came to a halt, reported WA Today.
While many fans said Jackson’s dancing was impressive as she pulled out her late-brother Michael’s famous crotch-grabbing move, it wasn’t enough to stop hundreds of angry fans form storming out of the venue.
Many took to social media to express their rage.
One person called it the ‘biggest disappointment of 2019’.
‘Glaring lip-synching by JJ and an abrupt ending with a confetti-covered crowd blanketed in darkness,’ another concertgoer wrote.

Another person user accused the star of arriving 40 minutes late and joked that timing was not her strong point.
‘Please work on your lip syncing and timing a lot better… Definitely gave me a laugh! Come on 40 minutes late and you bring out a lip syncing performance,’ they Tweeted.
‘She can dance but she can’t even lip sync properly! It was shocking! As the leading act she should have been singing live! We walked out. So disappointing,’ said one angry fan.

‘Such a huge disappointment. Her dancing was great but I didn’t pay to see that. I wanted to hear her sing like the rest of the acts,’ commented another.
‘Janet performance was really terrible. We left after her first song,’ wrote someone else.
The show was boosted by jets of fire blasted at the front of the stage.
Ms Jackson ended the performance with a cascade of confetti.
Other performers included the Black Eyed Peas, 50 Cent, J-Kwon, Keri Hilson, Sisqo, Brandy and Jason Derulo.
