Jenna Bush Hager and her daughter Mila took advantage of the warm weather on Sunday and celebrated the start of fall with a visit to a pumpkin patch.
The 36-year-old Today correspondent, who lives in New York City, was clearly excited to be reunited with her daughters Mila, five, and Poppy, three, after spending last week in her home state of Texas.
Jenna took to Instagram Stories to share a sweet photo of Mila sitting on a table filled with pumpkins of all different shapes and sizes, writing: ‘Reunited…this babe and Fall, y’all.’

In the snapshot, Mila is holding her arms up in the air and smiling from ear to ear.
Thanks to the warm weather, she was able to wear a striped short-sleeve top and a breezy floral print skirt.
The little girl’s outfit was topped off with a pair of pink Mary James.
It’s unclear if Poppy was with them during the mother-daughter trip. Jenna may have been spending some one-on-one time with her eldest daughter.
After they left the pumpkin patch, Jenna posted a heartwarming picture of an excited Mila posed in front of a pink vehicle, revealing that they had found her dream car.

The next day, she posted a picture of herself posed with Reese, 42, and Joanna, 40, as well as a snapshot of herself drinking out of a teacup with the book’s author.
‘I’ve got a GIRL CRUSH: in a world that can at times seem dark I spent the night with these RAYS of sunshine,’ she captioned the images.

Before her sit-down with Reese, Jenna flipped through the book with her sister and mother, former First Lady Laura Bush.
The mother-of-two shared a snapshot of herself posed with Barbara and her mom, who is holding up her copy of Whiskey in a Teacup.
While enjoying a day of Reese Witherspoon-inspired pampering, the women wore white bathrobes and Laura had her hair in rollers.
In Reese’s book, the actress advises putting your hair in rollers and driving around in your car while they set.

Although it’s unclear if Laura followed that particular step, it looks like she and her daughters had a great time together.
‘Y’all, @reesewitherspoonwrote this book about strong southern women, one we’ve never needed more,’ Jenna captioned the image. ‘I’m leaving my ladies and coming for you, Reese! X PS: my mom does her hair like this EVERY am!’
Laura and her daughters were all born and raised in Texas, so it should come as no surprise that they are fans of Reese’s book about her southern heritage.
While she was in Texas, Jenna posted a snapshot of daughters wearing matching pajamas while looking out at the ocean at her family’s home in Kennebunkport, Maine.
‘Love these darling daughters and missing them while away!’ she wrote.
