It’s that time of the year when Hollywood stars rediscover the joys of home cooking—or at least, book a personal chef for the day.
And celebrities didn’t disappoint this Thanksgiving, taking to social media to document their forays into the kitchen.
Other stars, Kim Kardashian included, took the opportunity on Thanksgiving to quite literally give thanks, and show on social media what they’re most thankful for: their beloved families.
‘So thankful for all of my babies’: Kim Kardashian posed with her three eldest children…
…while dad Kanye was seen holding their youngest, Psalm, who peers up his father adoringly
In a suite of breathtaking photographs, Kim, 38, showed her entire family: in one portrait, the mother-of-four appears with her three older children — North, six, Saint, three, and Chicago, one — all dressed in white.
And a second photo is a sweet and intimate shot of her youngest child Psalm, all of six months old, who peers up at his father Kanye West holding him.
‘So thankful for all of my babies,’ the reality megastar captioned both snaps for the 152 million followers.
Meanwhile, famous folks like Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Chrissy Teigen and Bella Hadid cooked up a storm and shared it all on Instagram, while others like David and Victoria Beckham, Cindy Crawford and Demi Moore posted sweet and nostalgic family pictures.
Friendsgiving grub: Jennifer Aniston makes enchiladas for her friends in this social media image
Aniston, who can be considered a newly-minted Instagram goddess, kicked things off with a fun photo gallery posted to her feed of her Wednesday night Friendsgiving meal — which is the somewhat newer tradition of hosting a meal exclusively for friends the day before everyone spends time with family.
Tagging her pal Jimmy Kimmel, Aniston, 50, wrote: ‘Ok Jimmy… here are your f**king Friendsgiving enchiladas.’
In her Instagram stories, she posted snippets from a sit-down interview she had with late night funnyman one year ago, in which he bemoaned the fact that when Friendsgiving meals mimic those of Thanksgiving, he feels like his actual feast on Turkey Day feels like ‘leftovers.’
Make no mistake who these are meant for: Tagging her pal Jimmy Kimmel, Aniston wrote, ‘Ok Jimmy… here are your f**king Friendsgiving enchiladas’
‘Finally, someone listened to me!’ Jimmy said approvingly
Kimmel then suggested that Aniston perhaps should try making Mexican food for Friendsgiving, saying that if she does it, ‘everyone will follow suit’ — much like her ‘Rachel’ haircut from the Friends era.
A following clip sees Kimmel, 52, laughing as he seen the tray of enchiladas cooked and labeled just for him.
‘Finally, someone listened to me!’ he says approvingly.

‘Kisses from us all’: David’s wife Victoria Beckham also sent holiday wishes from her Instagram account
And while Thanksgiving may have come particularly late this November, that hasn’t stopped other celebrities from the US and beyond from getting in on the holiday spirit by sending further well wishes through social media.
