Jeremy Allen White hides chiseled physique under a loose T-shirt as he takes a lunch meeting in LA  – ahead of The Bear season premiere

Jeremy Allen White was spotted out and about in Los Angeles this week.

The 33-year-old award-winning actor — whose third season of The Bear will premiere this month — was casually dressed for the outing.

The former Shameless star wore a faded and distressed gray T-shirt with belted light wash jeans.

White’s outfit was punctuated with a pair of well-worn, dark, lace-up boots.

He covered his shaggy, textured, dirty blond head of hair with a beige baseball cap.

Allen was clean-shaven for a lunch meeting at the popular eatery Joan’s On Third.

He shielded his big blue eyes from the sun with a pair of sporty black sunglasses.

The Bear fans are in for another season of explosive arguments, romance and kitchen chaos when the series returns on June 27.

The third installment will continue to follow Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto (Jeremy), Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) and Richard ‘Richie’ Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) on their beef stand-turned-fine dining journey at The Bear.

Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Edwin Lee Gibson and Matty Matheson — a real life chef — also star in the popular show.

The latest trailer shows Carmy laser focused amid building pressure in his personal and professional lives.

Despite the sad end to season two, which saw Carmy and love interest Claire part ways, she makes an appearance in the upcoming season.

The castmates scored a 2024 Emmy win for Outstanding Comedy Series in January.

‘I just love restaurants so much. The good, the bad. It’s rough,’ Matheson said during the acceptance speech.

‘We’re all broken inside and every single day we gotta show up and cook and make people feel good by eating something and sitting at a table. It’s really beautiful,’ he added.

Jeremy, Ayo and Ebon all also won in their individual acting categories.

The three actors also went on to win respective Critics’ Choice Awards.

The show itself, Jeremy and Ayo also took home Golden Globe Awards in 2024.
