She stuck out her left arm as she clung to the boat with the other, lifting on leg up and smiling for the camera.

She credits her amazing figure to the South Beach Diet which advocates for eating lean protein, high-fiber vegetables, low-fat dairy and foods with healthy, unsaturated fats.
In a post last month she said ‘Im a huge [South Beach Diet] advocate and truly believe it works best for me and my lifestyle.’
