The champ is here! John Cena visits seven-year-old fan battling stage four cancer at his Florida home amid coronavirus pandemic
John Cena continues to be a champ in and out of the ring.
The WWE superstar-turned-Hollywood action hero, 43, visited David Castle, a seven-year-old fan from Odessa, Florida who is bravely battling stage four cancer, WFLA reported.
Cena, a prolific presence for the Make-A-Wish Foundation over the years, donned a mask and a glove as he headed into David’s home and greeted his family amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which has prompted a near-national shutdown in an effort to quell the spread of the virus.

The West Newbury, Massachusetts native made the memorable visit – in which he donned his wrestling entrance gear – in coordination with the Pasco County Fire Rescue, to bring a special moment to the family and David, who is dealing with stage four diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumor.
David’s mom Tammy Miller said on Facebook that the boy ‘was in tears with excitement’ when the Bumblebee star visited the home.
‘This was truly the most amazing gift my son could have had,’ Miller said of Cena, who came armed with merchandise such as championship belts, and autographed memorabilia including programs and bobbleheads.
Miller later took to the site with shots of her son and the wrestling star (who recently faced off against Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 36), including a moving shot of Cena hugging David.

‘My sweet boy … I’m beyond blessed,’ she wrote.
David’s family currently has a GoFundMe for the child’s medical expenses, as he faces a long road of chemotherapy and radiation in his battle back to health.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation told the TODAY show that the compassionate celeb has passed the 600 mark in granting wishes to children in health battles.
