JoJo Siwa, 20, claims she spent $50K to make her teeth look better in bid to make it in her newly made up ‘gay pop’ genre

JoJo Siwa revealed she has had at least one cosmetic tweak.

The singer, 20, who said she’s created a ‘gay pop’ music genre, opened up about her new and improved look at the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards in March.

When asked by BuzzFeed what the most expensive thing she was wearing, the Dance Moms alum answered ‘My teeth. These motherf***ers cost me 50 grand.’

The Karma singer opened a bit more about her new smile on a TikTok livestream Question and Answer session.

‘Why are my teeth so white?’ she repeated the written query.

‘Because I picked out the whitest color,’ she added.

‘They are veneers,’ she added, before clicking her teeth.

Dental veneers are ‘custom-made shells that fit over the front surfaces of your teeth. They conceal cracks, chips, stains and other cosmetic imperfections,’ according to the Cleveland Clinic.

In the recent past, the reality TV star has admitted to suffering from insecurities in various aspects of her life.

‘I judge myself at everything. I’m a very insecure person,’ she revealed in an episode of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

‘Everything gets judged. You know, people told me I have a receding hairline; they don’t know that I have a stress rash and that’s why I’m balding right here.

‘A 12-year-old shouldn’t have a stress rash on their head that makes them bald, but I did,’ she added.

Siwa’s fans accepting her racy new Karma single has helped her rebrand her image and boost her confidence.

‘Can’t believe Karma has been #1 trending on YT now for over 24 hours,’ she wrote after the song’s April 5 debut.
