Jon Bon Jovi pays $18.4m for Greenwich Village condo

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi just splashed $18.4million on a luxurious condo in the swanky Greenwich Village neighborhood in Manhattan. 

The New Jersey native scooped up a unit at the Greenwich Lane condominium project, the Wall Street Journal reported. 

The 55-year-old’s new pad comes complete with four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms inside the posh apartment that sits on one of the complex’s corners. 

The 3,951-square-foot condo has stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.

His new condo also comes with a private elevator and private garden; plus the 40 foot living room has Juliette balconies all facing south 

Inside the master suite there’s an expansive walk-in-closet, and a cozy windowed master bathroom fully clad in white and grey marble on the walls, floor, and tub surround.

The master bathroom also has a gorgeous custom millwork vanity, marble floor with mosaic detailing, glass-enclosed shower, and heated floors.

Just a few months ago, the ‘This House is Not for Sale’ singer slashed the price of his much-lauded duplex penthouse at 150 Charles Street in Manhattan to $15.95million from $17.3 million.

The rocker only bought it in 2015 for $12.9million. That same year he sold his penthouse apartment in Soho to to Austrian-American businessman Gerhard Andlinger for $34 million.

He won’t have a shortage of famous neighbors inside of the new condo that allows him access to the private valet parking garage, 25-meter swimming pool, steam rooms, golf simulator, 21-seat screening room and much more.

Earlier this year, former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz bought a penthouse there for just over $40 million. 

Actor Michael C. Hall also owns an apartment in the building that he bought in 2016 for just $4.3million.
