She dropped 8kg before her televised wedding.

And Jules Robinson is continuing her weight loss journey, taking to her Instagram story on Thursday to show off her slimmed down physique.

The former Married At First Sight star, 37, shared clips of herself at the gym during a gruelling workout.

She showed off a glimpse of her abs in a khaki green crop top with matching high waisted leggings. 

The videos showed the reality TV star doing several exercises targetting her arms and mid-section – including a cable oblique twist, rowing, chest press, squats and overhead tricep pulls. 

On one clip she wrote: ‘Feeling strong today, how you feel is more important than what your weight is.’

This comes after she spoke to New Idea about her slim down from her honeymoon in Vanuatu with husband, Cameron Merchant.

She explained that her weightloss was the result of a healthy diet and exercising.

‘On the run-up to the wedding I was seeing my personal trainer, Nat, as often as I could, attending her paddle boarding and boxing classes on the beach,’ she said.

Jules, who became an ambassador for Weight Watchers in September, originally vowed to lose 10kg before tying the knot.

Despite not quite reaching her weight loss goal, Jules said before her wedding: ‘I feel much more confident than I did six months ago.’

Her newfound confidence also meant she felt comfortable wearing bikinis on her honeymoon in Vanuatu.

‘I’m still going to lose another five to six kilograms. As soon as I get back from the honeymoon, I’m back to focusing on my weight loss,’ she added.
