Property developers have used a bizarre marketing technique to promote new flats – superimposing a picture of Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise onto their advert.
The hilarious photoshop gaffe by developers Sterling Rose, uses an image of Tom Cruise’s ex-wife Katie and youngest daughter Suri, taken in New York in 2012.
The poster was spotted in South Norwood, south London – just two-and-a-half miles from where Isabella Cruise, Tom’s older daughter, lives.

Bemused locals took to social media to mock the strange hoarding.
Bon van Chovée said: ‘Presumably their Scientology f**kwittery won’t be far behind.
‘Stay vigilant, people.’
Sterling Rose claim the image was created by a contracted agency. The developer refused to comment further.
