The 39-year-old beauty commanded attention in a flirty denim skirt and flip flops as she perused the Big Apple.

Daring to impress, the Dawson’s Creek star swathed her enviable figure in a dark tee that boast a crew neckline.

Her gorgeous gams were thrust on center stage as the couture skirt cut just below her knee.

She kept her trademark brunette tresses long and loose allowing a peek at her youthful beauty. 

Earlier this month she was spotted on a date night with boyfriend Jamie.

The couple looked like they were happy as can be, contrary to breakup rumors which swirled around the notoriously private duo in weeks past.

Katie’s representatives went as far as to call the gossip ‘100 percent untrue,’ even though prior to that the couple had never publicly disclosed their relationship.

The actress has 12-year-old daughter Suri Cruise from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise. 

Ron Miscavige, father of Scientology leader David Miscavige, told the MailOnline in 2016 that Katie’s misgivings about Scientology – including the effect it could have on Suri – contributed to her decision to leave Tom. 

The couple were married from 2006 to 2012.
