The actress, 38, looked radiant as she put her striking look on display, teaming her latest style with a low-key black ensemble as the mother-daughter duo shopped ’til they dropped.

The mother-of-one accessorized with a large black leather handbag, while keeping comfortable for her shopping trip in pristine white sneakers.
Appearing to have indulged in a spot of retail therapy, Katie slung a retail bag over her left shoulder.
The actress rounded off her look by going make-up free for her day out with Suri.

Although Katie was dressed casually for the occasion, mini fashionista Suri stole the sartorial show in an adorable pink dress with a lime green tie around the waist.
The youngster – who the actress shares with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 55 – looked cute as a button with a matching lime bow in her hair and gold ballet pumps on her feet.
Later that evening, Katie was photographed posing with stuffed animals at the FAO Schwartz pop-up store at Bergdorf Goodman.
Celebrity hairstylist DJ Quintero, the man behind her new look, joined her there.

Katie explained the haircut to People: ‘It’s for a role. I’m getting ready to play a woman in a movie called The Doorman. She’s an ex-Marine and she’s a warrior.’
Quintero added: ‘We were trying to find a balance between something feminine but kickass cause she’s working really hard – her body looks incredible.
‘She really wanted it to move on camera so it was actually like three haircuts. We did it over the weekend and it kind got shorter and shorter and shorter.’
Katie said to People of working on The Doorman: ‘I’m excited. I’m training. I’m sore.’
The film is being helmed by Japanese director Ryûhei Kitamura and also features French actor Jean Reno.

Katie’s new ‘do was first glimpsed last Thursday, when she was spotted at an airport removing her fedora in order to go through security at New York’s JFK airport.
The former Dawson’s Creek was married to Suri’s father from 2006 until 2012; the couple got engaged after just seven weeks of dating and their daughter was born on the anniversary of their first date.
The pair tied the knot in a Scientologist ceremony at Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, Italy in November 2006 after ‘officializing’ their marriage in Los Angeles the day before the Italian ceremony.
Katie filed for divorce in June 2012 after five years of marriage.
Ron Miscavige, father of Scientology leader David Miscavige, told MailOnline last year that Katie’s misgivings about Scientology – including the effect it could have on Suri – contributed to her decision to leave Tom.
