Kim sat next to Sarah Jessica Parker for the Fendi runway show that took place on Friday in New York City.
The stars were clapping for the finale of the show before Kim turned to her left and spotted Anna walking toward her and Sarah.
Kim as seen mouthing the words ‘hi, how are you’ as Sarah started waving and smiling to Anna.
Anna appeared to walk straight to Sarah; they shared a hug as Kim awkwardly smiled and looked on.
