Lake Bell and H.E.R. leads the stars wearing black to the Women In Film Oscar Party in Los Angeles

Actress Lake Bell and four-time Grammy Award-winning R&B singer H.E.R. led the celebrities on the red carpet in wearing black at the 15th annual Women In Film (WIF) pre-Oscars party in Los Angeles on Friday evening.

For the star-studded occasion at the Thompson Hollywood hotel, the 43-year-old star, best known for her web-to-TV series Childrens Hospital, wore a glamorous midi dress with a racy cut-out on her hip and slit up the side.

She accessorized the sexy ensemble with multiple silver rings, a pair of open-toe black heels and her light brown hair in loose waves while celebrating the 60 women who have been nominated for an Academy Award this year.

Hosting: H.E.R., who won her first Oscar for her original song Fight for You from Judas and the Black Messiah last year, stunned in a sequined black jumpsuit with a silver zipper down the front, sparkly booties and purple sunglasses

The Best Part hitmaker, 24, completed her chic outfit with massive hoop earrings and her flowing locks in a long fishtail braid.

Two weeks ago, news broke that she would be hosting the bash alongside producer and the WIF’s board president emerita Cathy Schulman.
