And now Love Island will finally get an Australian edition, with Channel Nine announcing that the X-rated reality series will air on their network next year.
Nine made the announcement on Twitter, writing: ‘Hearts will be pounding and pulses will be racing as Love Island gets an Australian edition exclusively for @9Go & @9NowAU in 2018.’

Applications are currently open, with the series looking for applicants aged between 18 and 35.

The Bachelor spin-off series puts past contestants on an island together, where they have to hook up and form relationships with each other or risk getting booted from the show.
Channel Seven is also currently casting two new dating shows, Second Chance at Love and Ultimate Love Match.
Meanwhile, new seasons of First Dates, Married At First Sight, Undressed, and The Bachelor are all due next year.
