Patsy Field shares a heartwarming moment with Munveer Jabbal as she speaks about her disability for the first time on tonight’s Love Island.
The Islander, 29, confided in the tech recruiter, 30, during an emotional conversation where she shared her fears over potential suitors finding her condition off-putting.
After Munveer complimented Patsy’s beauty, she explained there was one detail about her life she hadn’t shared yet, entrusting her co-star with the personal revelation.
Patsy was born with Erb palsy, which is a disability that affects the muscle function in her right arm and also means it is shorter in length.
She has previously told how she should have been born via cesarean, but doctors made the crucial error for her to be delivered naturally, resulting in the defect, which she has had to overcome her entire life.

Speaking to Munveer on Wednesday night’s show, Patsy said: ‘There is one big thing that I was going to bring up. I haven’t really spoken to anyone about it.
‘I’ve got a disability, basically. I haven’t said anything to anyone yet because it’s an awkward thing to bring up. It’s a disability in my arm… I’ve got no strength, anything above shoulder height I can’t lift.
‘Sometimes you think, I don’t know, that having something different you don’t know if everyone is going to find it completely sexy. But being different is cool.’
In support of Patsy, Munveer replied, ‘Absolutely. I really appreciate you sharing that with me.’
Patsy and Munveer will be seen getting to know each other better during tonight’s instalment of the ITV2 series, which also promises to be a dramatic episode.
