The 52-year-old Real Housewives Of New York star took to Instagram on Friday morning to share a photo of herself performing an impressive handstand.
She could be seen wearing clinging black activewear while upside down with her feet centered and pointing up to the sky while using nothing but her arms and the top of her head to support her weight.
Luann could be seen performing the impressive move right next to her indoor pool as she captioned it with a simple: ‘Ohm.’
This comes just two days after she was officially charged with a felony and two misdemeanors for her alleged drunken attack on a police officer in Palm Beach,Florida.
TMZ cited documents as it reported on Wednesday that De Lesseps had been slapped with three charges, including a felony count of resisting an officer with violence.
The reality star was also charged with two misdemeanors, one for trespassing and another for disorderly intoxication.

If convicted, the reality star faces up to five years in prison for the felony count of resisting an officer with violence.
The misdemeanor charges carries a shorter sentence of just up to a year, according to The Wrap.
De Lesseps was originally facing four felony charges and one misdemeanor: battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer with violence and two counts of corruption by threat.
The reality star entered rehab following her arrest, though she has left.

Things got violent when she ‘shoved’ a police officer and ‘slammed’ the bathroom door on his forehead.

It was also claimed that she threatened to ‘kill’ the officer.
After the arrest she said in a statement: ‘This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.’
