Malin Akerman showed off her sporty sense of style in tiny shorts and bright green trainers on Monday as she was spotted running some errands in Los Angeles.

The 27 Dresses star, 45, appeared to be in great spirits as she headed out in her trendy gym wear.

She wore a lime green sports bra under a sleeveless graphic T-shirt and kept her face out of the sun with a black baseball cap.

The Swedish star looked vibrant in her edgy choice of trainers and she added a strap phone case around her body so she could go out empty handed.

She accessorised her ensemble with gold bracelets and was pictured laughing with friends on her day out.

The outing comes after she stepped out in a summery dress last month again in Los Angeles.

The mother-of-one, who shares a son Sebastian, nine, donned a sleeveless, multipatterned burgundy dress that showed off her toned arms.

Malin, who hails from Stockholm, recently returned from a trip to Canada, where she enjoyed a lakeside retreat.

The Billions star took to Instagram to share a slew of snaps from her getaway with her 522K followers.

Malin showed off her summer style in a wide-brimmed, suede hat that she teamed with a low-cut black and cream mini dress.

Her bright, wispy locks streamed out from underneath the head gear, and she added a pair of black cowboy boots.

The Couples Retreat actress was born in Sweden, but her family moved to Canada when she was two-years-old.

She became a permanent resident of the country and gained her American citizenship in 2018, while remaining a Swedish citizen.

Malin shares son Sebastian with her ex-husband Roberto Zincone, whom she met in 2003 when they played together in a band called The Petalstones.

The couple married in 2007, but divorced in 2014. She’s now married to British actor Jack Donnelly.

In 2019, she revealed her little boy wanted a brother or sister.

‘We’ve talked about [siblings] before,’ she told Us Weekly, at the time. ‘He’s curious about it. I don’t think he actually knows what it means! I think he wants a sibling his age, which would be interesting. But we’ll see.’

At the time, she also stated the topic of expanding her family was ‘always in the conversation’ but was a ‘big responsibility.’

‘It’s a beautiful vision, and we’ll see what happens,’ she said.
