Man is seriously injured and rushed to hospital after accident at Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre

A man has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after became trapped in a horror workplace incident at Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre. 

Emergency responders rushed to busy complex in Malvern East on Friday morning following reports of an accident involving a cherry picker. 

The injured man was transported to The Alfred Hospital with injuries affecting both his upper and lower body.

WorkSafe inspectors remained at the scene on Friday afternoon and were seen speaking to a worker gesturing in the motion of something tipping and grabbing at his shoulder.
