The Illinois men’s basketball had a unique way of celebrating their second-round win in the NCAA tournament on Saturday.

After securing an 89-63 win over Duquesne to advance to the Sweet 16, the Fighting Illini engaged in a locker room water gun fight.

In a video posted by the March Madness X account, head coach Brad Underwood marched into the locker room with his goggles on and water gun in hand as the celebration commenced.

Players and staff members all participated as Underwood got drenched within seconds.

In the video, graduate guard Marcus Domask ditched the water guns and poured water on his coach from two paper cups.
