Married At First Sight’s Alyssa Barmonde and Josh White ‘are now dating’

Married At First Sight’s Alyssa Barmonde and Josh White are reportedly dating after splitting with their respective partners on the show earlier this year. 

Mother-of-one Alyssa, 35, and Josh, 41, were spotted enjoying a double date with Tahnee Cook and her partner Ollie Skelton over the weekend.

Photos obtained by Daily Mail Australia, show the pair posing for pictures alongside their co-stars at Old Mate’s Place in Sydney’s CBD.

An anonymous source close to the pair said they’ve decided to ‘see where things take them’. 

They were also recently spotted on a movie date night together and were joined by their children.

While it’s still early days for Alyssa and Josh, friends are thrilled to see the pair exploring their connection.

‘They’re both very sweet and I really do hope they work out, they’re a match. Josh was convinced he was going to be matched with Alyssa when Daily Mail leaked the cast photos last year,’ a source said.

Both Alyssa and Josh share children with their ex partners.

Alyssa, a mother-of-one, has also previously hinted at her close bond with Josh. 

When asked which groom she would have preferred during a recent Instagram Q&A, she said ‘Josh is the most kind hearted person I have ever met in my entire life. He is one of those people who just calls you to check up on you.’

She continued: ‘We get along really well. He wasn’t on MAFS for very long but we have caught up a few times. Josh knows I got a lot love for him’. 

And Josh confessed that if he could turn back time, Alyssa would be his bride of choice for another go at the MAFS experiment. 

Fans will recall that Alyssa was originally paired with cyber security sales director Duncan James, while Josh was matched with the vivacious Melissa Sheppard.

The road to love wasn’t smooth sailing for either pair, with Josh and Melissa calling it quits mid-way into the series, while Alyssa was dumped by Duncan at final vows.

Duncan has now moved on with the show’s ‘hottest bride ever’ Evelyn Ellis.
