The duo, who have denied rumors they are dating, were spotted leaving a late-night dance rehearsal Friday in Los Angeles.
Mauricio, 53, looked relaxed in a teal long sleeve golf shirt and sand toned joggers.
The real estate executive wore gray sneakers and a black billed cap over his short salt and pepper hair.
His beard was neatly trimmed and he sported some friendship-type bracelets on his wrist.

The chorographer carried a water bottle and a large Louis Vuitton bag.
Her long, blonde hair lay in loose layers around her shoulders and down her back.
The dance partners have been preparing an Argentine Tango for Tuesday night’s performance.
The Dealmaker author, who is currently separated from his wife, Kyle Richards, 54, has found a vocal ally in talk show host Kelly Ripa.
