Meet Harry Styles’ very hunky tattooed personal trainer who has helped the British superstar achieve his famous six-pack abs and keep fit during his Australian tour

And it’s partly thanks to Brad Gould, the singer’s hunky personal trainer.
Gould is a strength and conditioning coach who has helped the As It Was hitmaker achieve his famous six-pack abs and stay in shape while on the road.
He’s also accompanied Styles, 29, during the Australian leg of his tour and a number of award shows, including the 2023 Brit Awards where he flashed his abs onstage.
The PT hails from Bournemouth, a coastal town in the south of England and roughly a two-hour drive south-west of London.

According to recent photos, Styles and Gould appear to have a very close friendship outside of their training sessions.
The pair are often seen hanging out at social events, while Gould regularly attends the Grammy winner’s shows.

Fans of Styles and Gould seem to be loving their close friendship and are going wild when the fitness trainer is sighted grooving out to Styles’ songs at his concerts.
‘I’d bring him everywhere too,’ a fan wrote on TikTok.

Styles is just about to wrap up his Love On Tour in Australia, with his final shows in Sydney on Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March 4.
He is expected to perform at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland on March 7 – the same night as the New Zealand census.
