Meghan Markle dons $160 boots and $98 Lululemon leggings to take Archie for a walk in Canada

Meghan Markle is readjusting to life in Canada after relinquishing her duties as a member of the royal family, and now that she has returned to her former home, she is back to wearing her favorite leggings and plaid duck boots.

The 38-year-old Duchess of Sussex braved the rainy weather in Victoria on Monday and took her son, Archie, and her two dogs for a walk in Horth Hill Regional Park wearing $98 Lululemon ‘Align’ leggings, a form-fitting navy zip-up, and a knit beanie.

Meghan topped off her look with the Canadian brand Kamik’s $160 ‘Siena’ boots, which she was frequently spotted wearing before she moved across the pond to marry Prince Harry.

She has been sporting the plaid duck boots since December 2016, and they appeared to be her go-to galoshes during her last winter in Toronto.

The former actress was seen wearing them on her way to yoga, on set of Suits, and walking her dogs, each time pairing them with either leggings or skinny jeans.

She also tends to favor Lululemon leggings, which she was most recently seen wearing when she was in New York for her baby shower last February.

After more than a year of making sure she was dressed to the nines to carry out her royal duties, she seems to be happy to be back in one of her favorite winter outfits.

Meghan also returned to an older hairstyle, opting to style her raven locks in a side braid, a look she wasn’t seen sporting as a royal.

She kept her hair covered with a knit beanie, another one of her signature looks when she was living in Canada.

The former Suits star has been known to wear knit hats from COS and Hat Attack, though it’s unclear what brand she was wearing on Monday.

Meghan made sure Archie stayed cozy and dry by topping off his outfit with a winter coat with a hood.

And Archie wasn’t her only baby that she made sure to keep warm on the walk.

Her rescue beagle Gus was bundled up in a red sweater as he trotted alongside her, though her black Labrador — whose name has not been revealed — was not. The growing dog is likely too big for a cozy sweater of his own.

The mom of one kept one arm wrapped around Archie while she used her free hand to hold onto her dogs’ tan leather leashes as they enjoyed their stroll together.

Horth Hill Regional Park is just a couple of miles from the oceanfront loaner mansion on Vancouver Island where she has spent most of the past two months.

Two Royal Protection Officers strolled behind her at a discreet distance as she enjoyed the warmest morning for days on the island, where it has been freezing, raining, or snowing for most of her stay.

Meghan is waiting for husband, Prince Harry, 35, to arrive in Canada after finalizing details of their formal split from the British royal family. With Vancouver eight hours behind London, Harry was expected to arrive within the day.

She had not been seen since last Thursday when she drove a Range Rover to pick up her pilates instructor Heather Dorak at Victoria Airport.

Dorak stayed the weekend at Mille Fleurs, the oceanfront mansion in North Saanich where Meghan has been living.

It is at least the second time the duchess has gone walking in picturesque Horth Hill Park during her stay on Vancouver Island.

She and Harry took a hike there on New Year’s Day, before he flew back to London to sort out the details of their split from the royal family.

Under the terms of Megxit, Harry and Meghan will keep their titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the courtesy HRH — but they will not use the initials.

Palace officials were last night forced to admit they had made a blunder by announcing Meghan would take the title of a divorced woman.

After confirming that she and Harry will give up their HRH — His and Her Royal Highness — titles, aides said the couple would instead be known as Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

But as Harry boarded a flight to start his new life with Meghan and baby Archie, palace officials at home were scrambling to confirm the couple’s correct titles after admitting they had got them wrong

Harry and Meghan will also repay the British taxpayer £2.4 million ($3.1 million) for extensive renovations to Frogmore House in Windsor, which they will continue to use as their base when in Britain.
