Mr O’Toole’s sister gave the go ahead for doctors to perform an autopsy, which was conducted Tuesday night.

Authorities are yet to receive the doctors’ report.

His body was found by a passing Ambulance who informed police.

‘We received the information of dead body around 8am and within 15 minutes we were on the spot,’ Investigating Officer Ram Singh said.
