Model and designer Pia Muehlenbeck has revealed exactly what she eats in a day to maintain her incredible bikini body – and the breakfast foods she swears by for weight loss.

The 28-year-old from Sydney, who owns the popular athleisure brand Slinkii, shared a video on her YouTube channel with almost 400,000 fans.

She spoke about how she loves to get into the gym before 9am and smash out a 60 minute cardio workout or yoga session, but before she leaves the brunette bombshell drinks a very special ‘concoction’.

To ‘wake up the body’ Pia combines one spoonful of apple cider vinegar, one small spoonful of manuka honey, one scoop of glutamine, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a few shakes of cayenne pepper mixed with hot water into a glass jar.

The ‘kick’ of the pepper boosts her metabolism and it flushes out her system in preparation for the day ahead.

After a spot of exercise Pia is straight back into the kitchen for breakfast, choosing a berry smoothie or half an avocado, a sprinkle of alfalfa sprouts, eggs and tomato on a piece of toast.

When she was trying to lose weight earlier in the year Pia reached for three particular breakfast recipes to start the day: Protein pancakes, quark and tomato toast or superfood porridge.

She found they made it easier to lose a total of five kilos. 

Often, Pia and her husband Kane Vato will be travelling and won’t be able to pre-organise snacks or a lunch.

But when they have some time off it’s usually a ‘big salad’ Pia is reaching for at noon.  

'Avocado, corn, tomato, carrots, sliced tomato, English spinach, onion, capsicum, slithered almonds, white wine vinaigrette, olive oil and a dollop of hummus,' she said

This approach to her diet means Pia is ready to rock her tiny bikinis all year long.
