The Knicks could be down two stars Tuesday vs. the Heat, as Jalen Brunson has been listed as questionable by the team with a sore right ankle.

Brunson’s addition to the injury report comes after teammate Julius Randle missed Game 1 with a sprained left ankle suffered in the Knicks’ series-clinching Game 5 win in Cleveland.

Randle was seen working out on the Madison Square Garden court prior to Game 1, but may find Tuesday too quick of a return date after re-injuring his ankle six days ago.

Randle left that game shortly before halftime and did not return in the second half as New York closed out the game 106-95 without him. He had previously missed the last five games of the regular season with an ankle sprain but recovered in time for the start of round one.

Brunson finished the last game for the Knicks, playing 40 minutes against the Heat in the 108-101 loss, but blasted his own performance as ‘horrific’ as he went 0-7 from three-point range.

‘It’s very uncharacteristic by me,’ he said. ‘This one’s on me. I got to be better, and I will be better.’

‘Inside the three-point line, I was pretty efficient. Outside the three-point line, I was terrible. They’re a good team, great [defensively], well coached, experienced, so you got to give them the credit, but for me I have to be better.’

Brunson had 25 points and seven assists for the hosts, but it was a deflating day for the Knicks as they lost at home for the first time this postseason.

And the defeat was a bad omen historically speaking as well, with New York 0-7 all-time in playoff series after dropping a Game 1 at home.

The Knicks 4-1 series win against Cleveland was the first time the team advanced to the second round of the playoffs in 10 years.

Their matchup vs. the Heat will shift to Miami for Games 3 and 4 before moving back to New York for a possible Game 5 and Game 7.
