The young woman accusing football star Jack de Belin of sexual assault denies pointing the ‘hot’ man out to her friend before saying ‘I want to get with him’.
After the Sydney jury watched all her evidence replayed from a first trial that could not conclude, she was recalled on Monday afternoon for further questioning by the defence for co-accused Callan Sinclair.
The 23-year-old and De Belin, 30, have pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of aggravated sexual assault over the encounter with the then 19-year-old.
The woman says she was crying and repeated ‘stop’ multiple times throughout a non-consensual sexual encounter with both men at a North Wollongong unit in December 2018.

Defence barrister Sharyn Hall asked the woman via video link if when she spotted the St George Illawarra forward at Mr Crown bar she exclaimed to a friend ‘have you guys seen that Jack de Belin is here?’
‘I don’t remember,’ she responded.
Ms Hall then asked if she continued saying ‘he’s so hot,’ followed by ‘I want to get with him,’ to which the woman responded: ‘No I did not’.
The complainant explained she had never met de Belin before but had mutual friends with him that she ‘trusted’, and that she was allowed to have a night out dancing around, without the consequences that followed.
‘You had a sexual interest in him that night?’ Ms Hall asked.
‘In my hometown in Wollongong everybody talks and makes up rumours,’ the woman said.
The same friend allegedly reached out to her on Snapchat about seeing a news story about the famous NRL player, asking if it involved her.
‘And you replied ‘no comment’,’ Ms Hall said.
‘I don’t remember it was over two years ago.’
The woman was also freshly questioned if she lashed out with her hands at any point.
‘To grab the sheets,’ when her legs were split apart, she said.
‘I lay there dead because I was so numb inside,’ she added.

The jury earlier heard the woman believed the trio were heading to a nightclub but first stopped in the unit where de Belin allegedly asked his buddy to join in, cheering him on.
Afterwards, the footballer told the woman to ‘keep your mouth shut’, she said.
Earlier on Monday, the jury heard de Belin’s lawyer in a recording testing the woman repeatedly over her evidence that she was unaware the trio were not leaving the bar for the nearby Fever Nightclub.
‘What I’m suggesting … is that before you got to the cab rank you well knew why you were going to the cab rank, namely that you were going to Jack’s place?’ David Campbell SC said.
‘And I suggest there’s absolutely no doubt that before you got into the tuk-tuk you knew that’s what was going to happen?’
The woman replied ‘no’ to each question.
CCTV footage earlier showed de Belin and the woman embracing on the dancefloor, and a kiss between her and Sinclair in Mr Crown bar.
